Home

Welcome to my Skyrim blog.

This site has been relocated here. This blog is no longer being maintained. If you'd like to view the most up-to-date posts then go to that site.

I'm Matthiaswagg - a modder, player, and the author of all the posts on this blog. Here, you'll find tutorials on using the CK in Skyrim to create your own mods, reviews on mods I've played, and more. To help you navigate, there are tabs at the top of each page. A quick review of what they do:

"Home" brings you back here, to the main page. It's meant to be more of an introduction than anything, but feel free to come back here even if you've already read this page.

"Skyrim CK" sends you to look at my posts regarding the tool Skyrim uses to modify your own game. It's been broken into two categories - tutorials, and articles. Tutorials teach you how to do something through steps, while articles may teach you how to do something just by talking about it. If you're a beginning modder, they're a great resource, but you can also look here. Even experienced modders may find something in this section. Feel free to comment on the articles and tutorials, especially if there's something you think I should fix.

"Skyrim Mod Reviews" is pretty self-explanatory. It sends you to look at all my mod reviews. In the comments, you can ask me to review a certain mod that you like. I won't review skimpy or extremely offensive mods, so please don't ask me to.

"Skyrim Posts" is a category for all the posts that I'm not sure where to put. They're not tutorials, or mod reviews, or part of my Journal series. They might talk about specific sites (i.e. the Nexus), or parts of Skyrim that particularly bothered me. Or it could showcase a thread that's been particularly helpful.

"Skyrim Journal" is an account of my adventures in a modded Skyrim world. The posts there are in reverse order, so you can begin with the Introduction and work your way down. I'll try to keep this as updated as possible, but sometimes real life gets in the way of things, so there may be some gaps between posts. This section may not be for some people, but if you enjoy reading (rather than watching) someone's experience in Skyrim, be sure to check it out. Each post is likely to include one or more pictures.

"My Other Mods" has a post for each mod I've made. If you want to look at them, that would be great, but you can just skip that otherwise. For my WIPs, there is also a section for those of you that want to help.

tl;dr

Now that we've got that over with, feel free to explore my blog.
